In order to initiate your return process, please reach out to our Support Team, and they will arrange a pick for you.

As we process your return request, you should be aware that it does take a little longer for us to get the returned products out of the UK and back to our warehouse in Denmark.
We have tried to find as smooth a return route as possible, but tax papers and processing after Brexit is a little more complicated now than before. We will process your refund as soon as the products are back in our warehouse and they have gone through our normal inspection. We hope for your understanding and a little more patience.
